Hal joined O’Brien Batten Kirtley & Coomer, PLLC, in 2012. He is noted for his passion in advocacy on behalf of injured individuals and their families, especially victims of nursing home neglect or abuse and medical negligence. Trial practice is one of Hal’s particular passions. His experience includes success in trying both civil and criminal cases. He also has argued successfully before Kentucky’s Supreme Court.
