D. Seth Coomer

Seth Coomer is a member of the law firm O'Brien Batten Kirtley & Coomer, PLLC. Seth's practice is devoted entirely to representing those who have been injured or who have lost a loved one due to someone else's negligence. His practice areas include:

• Birth injury
• Wrongful death
• Vehicle accidents

Seth believes in telling his client's story. His goal is to tell this story in a meaningful and effective way - powerful, persuasive, and simple. 

Seth represents plaintiffs across the Commonwealth of Kentucky in both State and Federal Courts. He has helped injured Kentuckians recover millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts, and continues to do so. In 2019, The Kentucky Trial Court Review recognized Seth as one of the Commonwealth's "Most Prolific Trial Attorneys" of the year. The Kentucky Trial Court Review is a publication that keeps records and statistics for all cases that go to jury trial in Kentucky each year.

From the moment he took his oath as an attorney, Seth has represented Kentuckians who have been harmed by the negligence of others. He is a member of the Kentucky Justice Association.

Although Seth grew up on a farm in Columbia, Adair County, Kentucky, he now lives in Lexington with his wife, Katy, and their three children.
